Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Processing & Shipping:
We aim to have your order processed and packaged within 24 hours, but this excludes any items marked ‘Preorder’. Once processed, you will receive full shipping & tracking information.
Any order that includes a ‘Preorder’ item will be processed, and shipped together when the preorder item arrives to our warehouse. We do not ship multiple packages of a total order, in an effort to minimise environmental impacts.
We submit your packaged order with our shipping partners Monday - Saturday, and you will receive full tracking information.
Please check the tracking information that is emailed to check on the shipping status of your order before emailing us to ask; we don’t have any additional information. We are living in unique times; so please allow for extra time for your item to arrive. Our delivery partners are doing their very best.
Shipping rates are automated from our shipping partners, based on weight.
All prices are in $Australian as default on the store.
For International orders we use AusPost. There are shipping delays due to the impact of Coronavirus. More information can be found here: https://auspost.com.au/about-us/news-media/important-updates/coronavirus/coronavirus-international-updates#international
We are not liable for any Duty/Customs charges for International orders. We are also not liable for any delivery issues once it is with your local country delivery partner. To receive your order as quickly as possible we recommend Express International.
If we are unable to ship your order due to the continually changing international shipping restrictions - your order will be refunded.
Returns & Exchanges:
We can exchange or refund items in original condition (original packaging, unworn, unwashed) within 30 days of your order. We must receive the item back in original condition for a refund to be processed.

Shipping charges will apply to all exchanges. We have included all sizing & styles on garments to help with your sizing selection prior to your initial order.
