Before you send us a message:

- Have you checked the tracking information if you are emailing to ask us where your order is? We cant give you any more information than is listed in the tracking email notification that is automatically sent when your order is processed. Any missing / delayed shipping inquiries must first go through the shipping company. Every item we send has tracking.

- Have you checked the shipping date listed on 'Preorder' item page? Please dont ask why your order hasnt shipped if it is before the listed shipping date.
